CONDITIONS AF SALE AND DISTRIBUTION
Prices and costs of distribution
All Sassuma Sea Salt prices are stated in DKK, unless something else explicitly are stipulated.
Items are delivered without cost of distribution for sale worth more than DKK 1.000,- For orders under
DKK 75,- is laid on, as cost of distribution. Cost of distribution covers administration, packing and Shipping.
Payments and cards
Sassuma Sea Salt accept payments from the following cards:, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Grl.Banken Electronic funds transfer GrønlandsBanken reg. 6471 account: 1585611 The amount of the invoice will be reserved for payment, but the amount will not be charged from your card until it is dispatched from Sassuma Sea Salt.
Sassuma Sea Salt encrypts all the customers data according to the SSL-protocol (Secure Sockets Layer), so that the information on the costumer is protected against unauthorized interests during the transaction though NETS. It should be mentioned, that Sassuma Sea Salt´s use of the SSL-protocol is in accordance with all the demands of security, that is demanded by NETS.
Items bought from Sassuma Sea Salt will as a starting point be delivered within 3-7 weekdays for stock goods and 21-30 days when dealing with specially ordered items.
All items will be sent by TELE-POST.gl or RAL.
If any delay is caused by circumstances within Sassuma Sea Salt, the buyer will be informed about it.
You can pick up your item in our production.
When you arrive at the delivery method in the shopping cart you can select “Pick up at Sassuma Sea Salt”. If you choose the method you save the shipping costs and you have to pick up your goods yourself at the address:

Come first when you receive an email stating that your items are ready for pickup. By the time you receive the mail that the order is ready for pickup, you have 7 days to pick up the order by default.
The opening hours for order pickup are:

The costumer have the possibility for cancellation within 14 day in connection with buying items from Sassuma Sea
The final day is calculation from the day, that the costumer have received the bought parcels, or physically received the last parcel, when it is an agreement with several different parcels, ordered in a single order, and that is delivered one by one.
You have to give us a message within 14 days from the receiving, that our regret your purchase. The message should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or use a standard formula for cancellation.
The message should marked clearly, that you want to use your right for cancellation.
You cannot regret or refuge to receive the item without clearly sending us a message about it.
Items excepted from cancellation
Delivery of sealed items, that for reasons of health care or hygiene not is suited to be returned, and where the sealing is broken after the deliverance.
You have to return the order back to us without unreasonable delay, at the latest 14 days after the message to us, about the cancellation. You have to be responsible for the cost of the returning on the items. You are responsible for the item, from the time of delivery.
Missing original packing could possibly be a reason for lower value, so to be sure to receive the return, it is recommended that the items are returned in the original packing.
Some items cannot as a matter of their character be returned by normal post. That goes for goods, that could not be put in normal maxi envelopes.
State of the items, when you send it back
You are only responsible to possible degradation of the value of the item, that stem from dealing with it, in an other way that is necessary to maintain the sort of the item, the characteristics and the way it is functioning.
Refundation of the paid amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get a refundation of the payment to us. In the case of depreciation of value, that you are responsible for, it would be subtracted from the value of the payment.
If you use your access to refundation, we refund of payment from you, that involves cost of delivery (but not extra cost, because of our own choice of another form of delivery, than the cheapest form, that we have offered), without unnecessary delay, and in any case before 14 later from the date, we have received your cancellation of this dealing. We will use the same transaction as the original one, unless you explicitly have agreed to something else.
We can hold back the refundation, until we have received the returned purchase, unless you before that have showed a documentation for returning it.

We don´t receive packets not normally distributed or goods sent cash on delivery.
Complaint and returning of items
Sale of goods act’s rules about lack of regulator could be used for purchase of goods.
Sassuma Sea Salt gives access to complain for 2 years, in accordance with the rules in the Sale of Goods Act.
That is, that you could either get the goods repaired, changed, payment back or a lower price, considering the actual situation. It is demanded, that the complain is reasonable, and the lack not has appeared because of incorrect use of the good or other damaging use.
You have to claim within ”reasonable time” after you have recognized the lack concerning the good. If you claim within two month after the discovery of the lack, the claim will be due.
If the claim is entitled, we refund our (reasonable) cost of delivery. The item is all-ways supposed to be sent back reasonable packed, and remember to get a receipt for the returning, so that we can refund your cost of sending.
When you return the product, you are asked to describe the problem as detailed as possible.
Remember that we don´t receive packets not normally distributed or goods sent cash on delivery.

If you want to appeal for your purchase, you have to make an application to the responsible for appeals at our place either via e-mail to email@example.com, marked ”appeal” in the headline, or call tlf. +299 55 19 07.
If we could not find a solution, you can appeal to Forbruger- og Konkurrencestyrelsen (if the relevant conditions for that is fulfilled).
Upon the customer’s purchase of goods from Sassuma Sea Salt, the customer accepts at the same time to have read and understood these terms of sale and delivery.
